Which are the only Mac apps you need for a productive 2018?

I am working with 6 teammates with different fields of professions and we use lots of productivity apps daily. I would say that the best productivity apps we used for last 1 year are these. Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases. We use Notion from the beginning and it helped a lot to organize our thoughts in one place. It is a very good tool to have notes from everywhere and to share and edit with a team. and lots of integrations are doing really nice work to get more productive. We are using it for a while now and still have not paid for it, so if you use it smartly than it can be free. 2. Know your short cuts this app saves so much time. You just push command for several seconds and the window comes out which shows all shortcuts available in the specific app you are in. 3. Stack is a productivity app to use all your web-apps in one place. Split-screen and grouping of apps give you the ability to switch from one stack of apps to others in just one click. And it’s FREE and always will be. We work on Stack Pro which will be paid version. Would love to hear your feedback. 4. https.//miro.com is an app for mind mapping. It is quite a handy tool to write down and share your thought process with the team. It is not free if you have more than three projects to work on. 5. https.//asana.com we use Asana for project management and so far so good. It is a very good tool to manage tasks and big projects with a team. Although it has a free version you will need paid one so be careful if you do not want to pay. 6. Swish for macOS is great app for moving and resizing windows with the trackpad. It has free trial and then it costs €5 which you will be happy to pay after using it. There are also other apps which I would recommend trying out. http.//lastpass.com - Password management Whereby for video meetings gifski - highest-quality GIF converter its free and really good one. app to take screenshots and comment them for macOS for screenshots And last but not list is the original trackpad for Mac OS - it can be the most valuable productivity tool on your mac so use it smartly. I hope it helps! P.S. Do not forget to check out http.//Stackers.app

Other apps that I use regularly. I use iTunes (the App Store) a lot, it has a “Find My Mac” option if you run out of memory or have lost your keyboard without noticing. Gmail has a “Sync All Mail” option to auto-sync all Mailboxes on one system. I highly recommend the official Mac app. I use Dropbox. It is the same idea as Dropbox that stores your Dropbox folders in your Dropbox on your local computer. Use the sync button in the Dropbox app for multiple systems. The iTunes app is basically the same, except it gives you access to your Library. The only difference is that iTunes syncs more frequently, and iTunes is 9.99/year. It is available for iOS and Mac as of version 2.2. Dropbox. Dropbox has a very robust client app that has a few benefits over the official iCloud application. It has a.
