It is a very good tool to have notes from everywhere and to share and edit with a team. and lots of integrations are doing really nice work to get more productive. We are using it for a while now and still have not paid for it, so if you use it smartly than it can be free. 2. Know your short cuts this app saves so much time. You just push command for several seconds and the window comes out which shows all shortcuts available in the specific app you are in. 3. Stack is a productivity app to use all your web-apps in one place. Split-screen and grouping of apps give you the ability to switch from one stack of apps to others in just one click. And it’s FREE and always will be. We work on Stack Pro which will be paid version. Would love to hear your feedback. 4. https.//miro.com is an app for mind mapping. It is quite a handy tool to write down and share your thought process with the team. It is not free if you have more than three projects to work on. 5. https.//asana.com we use Asana for project management and so far so good. It is a very good tool to manage tasks and big projects with a team. Although it has a free version you will need paid one so be careful if you do not want to pay. 6. Swish for macOS is great app for moving and resizing windows with the trackpad. It has free trial and then it costs €5 which you will be happy to pay after using it.
