How do you export a pivot table to PDF inside a macro?
A pivot table allows you to dynamically filter and modify the parameters of a table based on the data that is being fed in. Usually this is information from one data table. Easy to learn, difficult to master but useful if you get them right (although t can easily destroy a dashboard if not used carefully). I have never heard of a macro table, seemingly neither has Google, with the only mention being how to handle table objects in VBA. If you mean this (and I’m guessing not), then it is too lengthy to go into here. If not, maybe you could expand your question?

It works well with Table objects, when data is imported into the VBA code. You may also need to use a macro table if you have any sort of dynamic data that doesn’t fit in a Table object. In the VBA code, the table is the only thing that is dynamic. You use it from a macro table. That's one way to do things. As always, make sure to read the manual and know the limitations. In my opinion, it does fit. However, when using the macros in VBA in Excel (as you know), you can then make adjustments to the macro automatically based on the data. You may need a macro table. I don’t see the need. The only thing we do when creating a macro is set up some defaults. I guess it can be used with Excel for data processing. Yes, and Excel has a macro interface.
