Hey everybody welcome to a cricket craft tutorial today I want to show you guys how to save a design that you made in design space and use it somewhere else whether you want to use it as a logo for your business or you want to put it on a flier or whatever the you know you want to use it for it's super easy takes just a moment and I will show you how to do this so I'm just gonna use my snow white that I used in a previous video and the first thing that you want to do is over here in the upper left hand corner is click these three lines what that does is it brings up a menu you're gonna go down almost all the way about Midway and hit settings and what this offers you is a couple things so you can turn off your grid which we want to do and if you guys haven't been in this menu before you can also change your units from inches to centimeters so it's got a couple things that you can do so all we're gonna do is go ahead and close that out and as you see now we have a completely white background next thing that you need to do is use your snipping tool now I have I believe it's Windows 8 so I don't have a traditional Start menu so for me what I did is I opened up my folder and I went into this PC and then all I did was selected the C Drive which is what your entire computer is and what I did was search the C Drive so all I searched for it was snipping because the it is called the snipping tool so it'll take a minute to search it now for me I have mine pinned down here in my taskbar so we don't actually need to search it but once it searches and you open it you can pin it to your taskbar just by right-clicking on it and click pin to taskbar so all we have to do is click on new and what that's gonna do is it's gonna give you the option to draw a box around your item all you do is you just left-click and hold the button down and draw your box and it'll bring up this now what this gives you the option of doing is you can erase parts of it you can draw on it whatever you want to do but in this case all we want to do is save it and I'm just gonna go ahead save it on my desktop and I'm just gonna save it as Snow White and we're just gonna go ahead and click Save and then all we have to do is open up our desktop which I'll just do this way so you guys can kind of see and ...
